Welcome to a new season!

Dear Fencers,

Summer is almost over, and one new fencing year is ahead! To celebrate the end of the warm season and the beginning of the new one, we will gather on Saturday, 9th September, at the Frans Otten Stadium at 17 o’clock for our annual BBQ. We look forward to seeing you all there to make a toast together to a new, successful year of fencing.

The regular schedule is back starting from this week, with the following opening hours at our two different locations:

SISTA Tournament

Together with celebrations, September will carry the SISTA tournament in Amsterdam. Women Foil will also be part of the international satellite circuit this year, and we are expecting a great weekend of fencing.

Women’s Foil – FIE World Cup Satellite

As always, we invite you to subscribe to the tournament or, in case you cannot participate in these significant events, you are welcome as a spectator. Additionally, we need your help on the tournament for the following days and tasks:

Friday evening
Weapon control  20:00 to 23:00
Setting up the pistes/plants/other equipment 22:00 to 24:00

Saturday
Weapon control 8:00 to 12:00

Sunday
Weapon control 8:00 to 10:00
Clean up and disassemble pistes/plants/other equipment at the end of the competition.
