Club Annual BBQ

Mark your calendars for our highly-anticipated BBQ at the Frans Otten Stadion! Get ready to indulge in a delightful evening of delicious food, great company, and fun as we kick off the new fencing season in style.

Date: Saturday, September 9th
Time: 17:00 onwards
Location: Frans Otten Stadion Terrace (upstairs)
Price: includes BBQ and one drink
Juniors (till 18): EUR 5
Students (with student ID): EUR 10
Adults: EUR 15

We believe this is a fantastic opportunity to connect and celebrate together. Young or old, recreational or competitive fencers – everyone is welcome! The FOS will handle all arrangements, ensuring a hassle-free and enjoyable evening.

We’re excited to have a delicious BBQ ready for you to enjoy. But there’s more! We invite everyone to bring a small dessert to share, whether a home-cooked or store-bought treat, preferably something representing your original country. Together, we’ll create a grand dessert table filled with delightful treats.

Our club members recently had the opportunity to showcase their hard work and training at the World Championship in Milan. The outcome was filled with good results and new experiences for all.

Summer Opening Hours

This a reminder that during the summer, you are welcome to train at the following hours:

  • Tuesday and Thursday Kids sessions from 18:00 to 19:00 are closed from July 25th to August 24th. The first training session at these hours after the summer break will be on Tuesday, August 29th.
  • Youth training sessions Tuesday and Thursday 19:00-20:30. Kids are welcome to join.
  • The Apollohal closed from July 19th to August 30th. Wednesday training will be back on September 6th.
  • Adult training sessions at FOS continue as usual.
